1) SOUND & LIGHTING:
PURCHASER SHALL PROVIDE ADEQUATE SOUND AND LIGHTING PRODUCTION FOR THE SIZE OF VENUE AND STAGE, AS WELL AS AN EXPERIENCED, COMPETENT SOUND AND LIGHTING ENGINEER / TECH. SOUND ENGINEER AND LIGHTING TECHNICIAN MUST BE AVAILABLE AT SOUNDCHECK.
THE FOLLOWING ARE THE MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

  • 24 CHANNEL MIXING BOARD

  • 1 REVERB UNIT

  • 1 DIGITAL DELAY

  • 1 CHORUS UNIT

  • 4 VOCAL MICS (3 SM58 W/3 BOOM STANDS & 1 WIRELESS MIC WITH STRAIGHT)

  • 7 DRUM MICS W/ CLIPS OR STANDS

  • 1 DIRECT BOX

  • 2 MONITOR MIXES (PREFER 4) W/ 4 WEDGES AND 1 DRUM BOX (PREFER 15’S ON MONITORS).

  • SIDE FILLS


2) LOAD IN / LOAD OUT:
ACCESS TO THE VENUE AND STAGING AREA NO LESS THAN 5 HOURS PRIOR TO SHOWTIME, THIS WILL INCLUDE SOUNDCHECK. LOAD OUT WILL BE IMMEDIATELY AFTER THE SHOW. PURCHASER WILL PROVIDE TWO (2) SOBER STAGEHANDS TO ASSIST WITH LOAD OUT.


3) DRESSING ROOMS:
PURCHASER SHALL PROVIDE ONE DRESSING ROOM WITH ADEQUATE LIGHTING, MIRROR, AND RACK TO HANG CLOTHING. DRESSING ROOM SHALL BE SECURED AND SUPPLIED WITH 6 CLEAN TOWELS.


4) ACCOMMODATIONS:
3 DOUBLE HOTEL ROOMS DAY OF SHOW, IN A 3 STAR OR BETTER HOTEL SETTING. I.E. HOLIDAY INN, BEST WESTERN ETC….


5) HOSPITALITY:
ONE HOT MEAL AT TIME OF LOAD IN FOR 6 PEOPLE. ONE CASE OF PREM. BEER ON ICE IN DRESSING RM., BOTTLED WATER, AND AVAILABILITY OF SODAS, JUICE, AND COFFEE BACKSTAGE.


6) MERCHANDISING:
PERFORMER RETAINS ALL RIGHTS TO MERCHANDISING. PURCHASER WILL SUPPLY ONE TABLE WITH
CHAIRS CLOSE TO THE STAGE FOR SAID MERCHANDISING AS WELL AS SIGNING AUTOGRAPHS AND PHOTOS.


7) COMPLIMENTARY PASSES :
TEN PASSES FOR PERFORMER’S GUESTS IF REQUESTED.

***NOTE: 1 (ONE) CABINET PER GUITAR AMPLIFIER IS ACCEPTABLE FOR SMALLER VENUES.
